Terms & conditions

Effective October 25, 2026 · Private preview · Wisener Ventures LLC

About these terms

These terms describe use of NeighborKeep, operated by Wisener Ventures LLC. NeighborKeep helps adults organize relationships, conversations, visits, prayers, and follow-ups. The current release is a private preview. Questions about these terms or the service may be sent to christopher.wisener@wisenerventures.com.

Use NeighborKeep only if you can enter into an agreement and have authority to manage the information you provide. If you act for an organization, you are responsible for obtaining its authorization. If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the service and contact us about exporting or removing your data.

Your account and team

Protect your sign-in credentials and devices, use your own authorized account, and report suspected unauthorized access. The current preview uses email and password sign-in. Do not share an account to bypass permissions. Team administrators must invite only authorized people, review access, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Joining a team does not make Personal records available to that team.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You grant Wisener Ventures LLC the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content to operate NeighborKeep and carry out your settings and requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and appropriate sharing of information about others. Obtain any required permission, follow your organization's retention and confidentiality rules, and respect privacy requests. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use, harass or exploit people, access another person's workspace without permission, distribute malicious code, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Care and professional judgment

NeighborKeep is an organizational tool. It is not a medical record system, emergency service, clinical decision tool, or substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or pastoral judgment. Do not rely on it to monitor emergencies or deliver urgent messages. Care guides are optional devotional resources; adapt their use to the person's wishes, your role, and your community's practices.

Do not use NeighborKeep as a system requiring a HIPAA business associate agreement unless an appropriate agreement and suitability review have been completed. No such agreement is provided by these terms. The app does not determine whether a particular conversation is legally privileged or satisfy reporting obligations on your behalf.

Availability, reminders, and backups

Preview features can change, fail, or be interrupted. Check important details and keep an independent copy of essential records. The current preview shows follow-ups inside the app; background push notifications and email reminders are not active. Apple sync is one-way and may be delayed, incomplete, or require conflict review. Complete backups include supported contact photos; records-only backups do not. Neither includes account passwords or Apple connection credentials.

Fees and third-party services

This preview has no in-app checkout or subscription billing. These terms do not authorize a charge. Any future paid plan will disclose its price and payment terms separately before purchase. Your internet, hosting account, or other third-party services may have their own charges and terms. Linked services are operated by their respective providers.

Service materials and acceptable use

Wisener Ventures LLC reserves rights it holds in NeighborKeep's original software, branding, and service materials. Third-party and open-source materials retain their respective licenses. You may use service materials as part of your authorized use of the app; do not imply that an outside organization endorses NeighborKeep.

Stopping use and service changes

You may stop using NeighborKeep and request export or deletion assistance. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

Limitations and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is supplied as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates

We will identify revisions by their effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New paid services or materially different uses of information require their own disclosures and any necessary agreement. Read these terms together with the privacy policy and service disclosures.
