A relationship app with pastoral care features
NeighborKeep serves personal, family, friendship, work, community, and pastoral relationships. The product name does not imply that every recorded person is a neighbor, congregation member, or member of your close circle.
What is live in this preview
The marketing page and waitlist are public. App access uses verified email and password sign-in and requires owner approval. Use the same email for the waitlist and your account. Create an account after approval, then verify your email. Team invitations do not bypass account approval. Approval notifications are not sent automatically in this release.
Follow-ups, recurring schedules, and calendars help organize work inside the app. Background push delivery and email reminders are not currently active. A reminder setting is not proof that a notification was sent.
Apple Contacts and backups
Sync reads supported iCloud contact details and photos into NeighborKeep while the app is open. It does not update Apple Contacts. Conflicts need review; not all contact fields or image formats are supported. Apple notes stay in Apple. Removing a contact in iCloud does not automatically erase its relationship history in NeighborKeep. Complete backups preserve owned app records, archived records, supported photos, preferences, and reviewed sharing copies. Records-only backups exclude photos. Connection credentials are never included. Restore keeps existing records and photos and adds missing information privately. The current complete-backup limit is 100 MB and 5,000 records. Downloaded backup files are not encrypted.
Pastoral and devotional resources
Prayers and guides assist preparation and conversation; they do not confer ministerial authorization, replace denominational guidance, or guarantee healing. Obtain consent before prayer, touch, anointing, or sharing a prayer request. Respect the person's beliefs and their choice not to participate. Follow your community's authorization and preparation requirements for Communion.
NeighborKeep is independently operated and is not presented as an official product of a church, denomination, Apple, or OpenAI. Referenced Scripture passages should be read in the identified translation when supplied; a reference alone is not a reproduced reading.
Health, confidentiality, and safety
Care settings are organizational labels, not diagnoses. This app is not an emergency monitoring or clinical system. Use appropriate emergency services for urgent danger. No HIPAA compliance, legal privilege, or absolute confidentiality is promised. Use your organization's procedures for safeguarding, reporting, consent, and sensitive records.
Technology and policy limits
Security controls and account separation reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. “Only me” restricts other app users; it is not an end-to-end-encryption claim. The app's policies describe its present operation and do not certify compliance with every law or organization policy. Wisener Ventures LLC should obtain legal review before a broader commercial launch, especially where health information or minors' information is involved.
